I just want to take this moment to write this down. So that in two weeks when I am having a nervous breakdown I can remember the last week. I can’t remember the last time that I have had an amazing WEEK. I can’t complain because most of my days are great, but to string together 7 solid amazing days just doesn’t happen very often (at least for me). And this just doesn’t just include running, Work has been great. Maybe its been the unexpected positive feedback that I received this week from my co-workers & boss at work, but whatever has turned around work for me, I just want to hold on to this feeling forever.
So next week when I am questioning what I am doing with my life? And I start having those “grass is always greener” thoughts (Read this book). Please let me remember this last week.
In other news, this weekend involved running (18 & 5 miles), biking (40 miles), & swimming (1/2 mile in the Ocean). Can’t beat a weekend like that.
