This time tomorrow I will be (hopefully) finishing the NJ Marathon. Exciting Stuff!
I can’t really write down what I am feeling about tomorrow but I do want to thank you for everyone who is rooting for me! And thanks for the pep-talks from everyone in the last couple of weeks.
After gchatting/texting with Meggie and Dorothy (RC) yesterday, I feel more ready for this marathon than I ever thought I would be. I have a race plan together which I thought about sharing with y’all, but let’s be honest, race plans NEVER go as planned. Overall, I have a good idea of what pace I need to be at during the race, and where I need to take in my liquids/gels.
So I’m feel okay.
Since I will be taking a train at 5:00 a.m tomorrow morning from NYC to get to the start line in NJ, I have created quite the packing list. Here is what I am taking:
